JULY PRE-ORDER: Nose-to-tail Box

Available for collection from Acton, Suffolk or local delivery in Sudbury and surrounding areas at the end of July 2025.

Beef produced from the fields, trees and hedges of the Stour Valley.

Nose-to-tail boxes contain at least 20kg of the following:

• Roasting joints like topside, silverside or salmon cut;

• Steaks, either bistro, sirloin, ribeye or fillet;

• Brisket;

• Skirt;

• Short ribs;

• Shin;

• Braising steak;

• Stewing steak; and

• Mince.
