Nose-to-tail boxes contain at least 20kg of the following:
Roasting joints like topside, silverside or salmon cut;
Steaks, either bistro, sirloin, ribeye or fillet;
Brisket;
Skirt;
Short ribs;
Shin;
Braising steak;
Stewing steak; and
Mince.
