Beef produced from the fields, trees and hedges of the Stour Valley.
As a rough guide, nose-to-tail boxes contain:
3 roasting joints like topside, silverside or salmon cut;
10 steaks, either rump, sirloin, ribeye or fillet;
Brisket;
Skirt;
Short ribs;
Shin;
Braising steak;
5kg stewing steak; and
5kg mince.
