Nose-to-tail Box

Available for collection from Acton, Suffolk or local delivery in Sudbury and surrounding areas at the end of May 2025.

Beef produced from the fields, trees and hedges of the Stour Valley.

As a rough guide, nose-to-tail boxes contain:

• 3 roasting joints like topside, silverside or salmon cut;

• 10 steaks, either rump, sirloin, ribeye or fillet;

• Brisket;

• Skirt;

• Short ribs;

• Shin;

• Braising steak;

• 5kg stewing steak; and

• 5kg mince.
