  • 1 roasting joint like topside, silverside or salmon cut;

  • Piece of brisket or skirt;

  • 4 steaks, either rump, sirloin, ribeye or fillet;

  • 2kg diced and/or braising steak;

  • 1kg shin; and

  • 2kg mince.

Small boxes contain:

  • 1 roasting joint like topside, silverside or salmon cut;
