Beef from Red Poll cattle reared on the fields, trees and hedges of the Stour Valley.

Your box is a 1/8 share of the entire animal and will weigh between 18-22kg and contain:

  • Roasting joints like topside, silverside, salmon cut and rolled chuck;

  • Single bone-in forerib;

  • Rump, sirloin, and fillet steaks;

  • 100% beef burgers;

  • Brisket;

  • Skirt;

  • Short ribs;

  • Shin;

  • Stewing and/or braising steak; and

  • Mince (5% fat and 20% fat).
