Frozen beef boxes available for collection from Acton, Suffolk; local delivery in Sudbury and surrounding areas; and delivery to all of mainland UK.
Beef produced from the fields, trees and hedges of the Stour Valley.
As a rough guide, nose-to-tail boxes contain:
3-4 roasting joints like topside, silverside or salmon cut;
10 steaks, either rump, sirloin, ribeye or fillet;
Brisket;
Skirt;
Short ribs;
Shin;
5kg stewing and/or braising steak; and
5kg mince.
Large boxes contain:
1 roasting joint like topside, silverside or salmon cut;
Piece of brisket or skirt;
4 steaks, either rump, sirloin, ribeye or fillet;
2kg diced and/or braising steak;
1kg shin; and
2kg mince.
Small boxes contain:
1 roasting joint like topside, silverside or salmon cut;
2 steaks, either rump, sirloin, ribeye or fillet;
1kg diced or braising steak; and
1kg mince.
